Return & Exchange Policy

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.


Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and in new condition

  • Have all tags attached

  • Be returned in its original packaging


Exempt Items

Custom-made or personalized jackets are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


Proof of Purchase

Please provide your order number and the email address used during purchase so we can process your return or exchange quickly.


Return Process

Before sending any items back, please contact us at cs@hollywoodouterwear.com to request a return authorization. We will provide you with the designated return address.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.


Shipping Costs for Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions, with return shipping costs covered by us:

  1. Wrong item delivered — You received a different product than ordered.

  2. Damaged item — The product arrived damaged.

  3. Incorrect size delivered — The size sent does not match your order.

In these cases, we will cover all return shipping charges and exchange the item at no additional cost.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To arrange an exchange, contact us at cs@hollywoodouterwear.com.


Damaged or Incorrect Items
